Our fees

This helps to explain Bloom's private fees, government-funded rates, and optional extras, so families can clearly understand costs before choosing a place.

Deposit: A refundable £400 deposit is required when your child starts at Bloom. This will be returned when your child leaves the nursery, provided all fees are settled.

Enrolment Fee: A one-off, non-refundable enrolment fee of £150 will be added to your child’s first invoice. This contributes towards the initial costs of preparing your child’s place at Bloom.
Registration Fee (for future start dates): To secure a place in advance, we kindly request a £250 registration fee. This amount will be deducted from your first month’s fees once your child begins. Please note that if you decide not to take up the agreed place, this fee is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs incurred.
Payment of Fees: Fees are payable monthly in advance. Any eligible funding will be applied and clearly shown on your invoice.

Private fees

Private fees are all-inclusive for core hours and include care, meals, snacks, Forest School provisions, nappies and learning resources.

Core day: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Important information

Private fees are fully inclusive for core hours (8.30am–4.30pm).
We do not charge for funded childcare hours. Any charges shown relate to optional extras or time outside funded hours.
Extras are optional and are not a condition of accessing a funded place.
Total daily rates shown for funded places are based on 1 to 6 optional extras.
Once selected, optional extras cannot be changed without a minimum of 2 months’ written notice.
Funded places are subject to eligibility.
You can opt out of extras, but need to give 2 months' written notice to opt out and change the contract
Early drop-off and late pick-up extras can sometimes be accommodated with less notice, depending on staffing.
You can not change funded days without a standard 2-month written notice.
